first, you play too many roles - there's mid, top, sup and jg champs on your top 10 alone. pick two roles and stick to them, you're going to waste time trying to learn every lane at once
second, you die a lot, even on champs that aren't all in or bust. you're probably aggressive at poor spots and need to pick your engages better, you're getting caught out a lot, or you're underestimating your 1v1 strength at various stages of the game
third, tangentially part of the first point, your pool is all over the place. pick two champs for role A, and two champs for role B, and spam them to death. preferably mechanically easy champions, stop playing Zed/Yas.
last, your cs is average to bad in most games. either sit in a normal and practice, or make it a conscious effort in games to pick up more. you're clearly hyper aggressive so it's more understandable your CS would be worse, but both of those things need tempering

Look at actual tanks like Leona, Malphite, and Rammus. What do they have in common? CC and abilities that give them retarded amounts of tank stats. Shyvana's only CC is an unreliable ult and her only "tank" ability is her passive, which doesn't give her ANYTHING close to Leona's eclipse, Rammus' defensive curl, or Malphite's brutal strikes.
Shyvana's kit isn't made for tanking, it's made for doing shitloads of consistent damage, and she needs a few damage items to make that really shine.

While true, there's a ton of strong junglers that eventually do poorly in 45 minute 5v5s, and now that Gragas/Reksai are nerfed, there's less champions that are useful at all stages of the game
Vi is fine for what most low elo players are trying to accomplish, though she's certainly harder to play at bronze/silver/gold than Voli/Xin/Mao/etc. If someone wants to put in the time to learn her and recognize they could be doing better on one of the previously listed champs, more power to them.

If you have good KDA but can't climb it means you have good laning but can't do shit after laning phase ends.
Low deaths means either you're not engaging with the enemy team enough, the enemy team isn't doing jackshit to stop you when you push a lane hard and start taking towers (cause if you splitpush all day but can't take towers you are fucking up) or when you engage with the enemy team you destroy them too hard for them to finish you off, either because they die or can't afford to chase you.
If the latter two are what's happening, you should be climbing, no exceptions.

I usually Max E second because the AS+Armor Shred is pretty nice on her W. E does give you quicker AA resets.
