Dude is simply not viable. He needs too many levels to be a good support, has no scaling to be a core, and has two abilities made useless by a cheap, stat efficient high damage moveslowing item almost every agility hero buys nowadays.

A support with no laning presence or ability to gank is worthless in tournament play.

I remember watching TI1 and the graphics, audio and video quality were so bad for the streams that I lost interest but one day back in like November or something I saw SingSing playing Shadow Shaman with phase boots, blink, Mask of Madness, and Divine Rapier and just crushing pubs and he made the game look so fun that when I got my beta key in December I really played a lot of it.

I main offlaners these days just tof uck with the enemy carry. But being a carry is really just about map awareness, farm efficiency, and knowing when to fight. Two out of those three skill sets any good support main should understand, and farm efficiency is the easiest skill set to pick up because it's literally just a farming pattern you adopt depending on your map control.
