The matter still stands at that. If they nerf his tankiness they'll buff something else (because Riot) so he can still compete, and then due to Yasuo's kit (it's a pretty big as fuck kit) he'll still be able to shit out more damage and still more than likely be able to build tanky.

However if you nerf the items that he makes TO be tanky (Like the Frozen Mallet Meme) then that creates another slew of problems.

This whole cdr business has gotten out of hand. In earlier seasons you had to decide if you wanted a bit weaker items/limited build path to get cdr or go for "stronger" items without cdr.

I don't understand how this rating system works at all now. I somehow got this S as Draven, yet I've seen some crazy Draven scores that have received less.
