Actually, in the latest JP update all rainbow crystals will be 5* base.

So every 100 pulls you do could get you one. You still only have a 1 in 24 chance of getting the one you WANT, but a guaranteed 6* unit is better than rolling 5* Rakshasa.

Your Lightning odds still only come out to 0.04166%, which is slightly better than her current odds, but now the only bad unit she's competing with is DK Cecil.

disgaea is a lot more focused on combo stacking due to how it's setup and having everyone on one side move on the same turn.

It takes a bit of doing either way to underlevel either series, but Disgaea is "simpler" to grind and is much more open about power creep.

That's not FGO. That game only has fixed rarity for units with only about 1% of chance rolling a 5* AND you have to compete with equipment cards.

Your problem is something I addressed in my comment. I know they suck at evaluating objectively, that's why taking them super seriously is a mistake. It's not meaningless however, because even an inaccurate representation contains some meaningful information. In this case, it's not hard to find reasons for why Cyan, Strago, and Gau are on the bottom of the list. It's also not hard to find reasons for why Ramza received the most votes. This general distribution of obviously bad characters on the bottom and obviously good characters on top is not random, meaningless.
