I need some help. I'm trying to run freeShop for the first time, and I just can't figure it out.

I install the CIA, download the encTitlekeys.bin, put it in a freeShop folder on my SD root, just like the video for retards says, but it still shows up when I boot it up as "No title keys".

I even used the titlekeys.com homebrew program to install it, and it still says no titles found.

I've downloaded the RRSSfiles straight from the drive folder linked from Drays personal Twitter account, and neither folder available there has an a>1>9>3 file. Only a>1>9>1/2/5/7. What am I missing?
