so i bought 30000 tears for 7 silver each quite a while ago and sold most of them when they were 90 silver

i can give you another example. i bought like 1000 blackwyrm resistance charms for 10silver each during spring trove. i've resold them 1.9-2.5g over the past few months. call me lucky or whatever but you get my point.. you can make smart decisions and not have to grind masts 150 times for hopes of getting offals or skins.

that is a fair point. that's why i've decided to speculate on fairly safe items

for example, stingers and moonstones are a very hotly contested subject for both players and ncsoft. hence, there will always be a chance that the prices for stingers and moonstones get turned upside down in a matter of days, causing severe losses.

i know some people who mass purchased stingers when they were going down (from 1g -> 50s etc) in hopes of them rising again. i didn't because well, ncsoft would probably have events with 100 stinger bundles and whatnot like the hongmoon pouch event.

as a result i only speculate on items that will not be directly looked at by ncsoft, like blackwyrm charms for example. people aren't vocal about blackwyrm charms or moonwater tears so those items won't change too often. although i'll admit, i didn't expect ncsoft to put moonwater tears into silverfrost blue dungeons - but i sold all of my tears well before then so i guess i got lucky there as well.

you guys do have a fair point - i had a lot of capital to purchase big bet items..

but tears were at that price in early may, when destroyer bots were rampant in the pigsty - there were roughly 125,000 moonwater tears being sold per day for a period of 2 weeks.

in addition, by that point the 2100 gold i had to reinvest came from selling off my other items from spring trove - which were very cheap to purchase because gold had not inflated yet.

not sure if you guys remember, but stingers and moonstones were well below 1g shortly after silverfrost release due to the majority of the population not having access to silverfrost transformation stones. i also took advantage of that market for a quick 70-80% profit (especially on stingers) to fuel my further investments.

i'm just saying - if you think hard enough about certain items and start taking speculations & invest into items you're almost certain will go up - it will help ease your grind for gear. i just want to help okay?

A lot of factors, for example on Heavenpiecer I lose a lot of dps because I'm usually the person doing the drills. People could be getting more ices than you did on yeti. Moving out of the poison pools on scorpion Queen.

Sunflowers didn't really get nerfed this patch to be honest. They buffed Summoner LMB which made it stupidly fast, so if you always weave in LMB with your RMB in Photosynth there is no difference. I still get in 9 Sunflowers every 5s. photosynth.
