Short of them winning by Exodia or similar, nothing can clear the floating effect of "no player takes damage" once it has been played, so your opponent is not going to kill you the turn after you played this.

I would really like to see a card that clears "floating effects" of cards that have been activated, resolved, and having will continue having an effect for another turn. It'd be super situational and likely not run in any decks if it weren't in the form of a generic rank4 xyz, but it would be interesting.

The Vassals and Squires were designed to be easy Tribute fodder for Monarchs. The only ones worth running in Kaijus are the Squires (Edea and Eidos) and Mithra the Thunder Vassal. Edea and Eidos, barring any effect negation, provide free Tributes and extra Normal Summons for your Kaijus in case the opponent doesn't summon. Edea, the combo starter, can be searched by One for One and RotA, as well as Reinforce Truth if you're into shitty techs.

Mithra is of more relevance to Kaijus. She provides a free body to tribute with, and also summons a token to the opponent's field when she SS's herself. Also, although it will likely be irrelevant, she gives you an extra Normal Summon when tributed.

There's Super Poly.
There's also Forbidden Art of Gishki, but it's very restricted.
I guess only tributes doesn't care about level, attribute, type, name, attack, defense, or whether it's face-up or face-down.
The downside is you need monster to Tribute Summon in your hand. Two-card combo for best type of removal.
I think it's pretty fair now, since Stormforth is hard to search with Pantheism limited. And Monarch isn't even dominating before getting hit.

Still waiting for Stormforth of Synchro and Xyz that doesn't target.
Soul Exchange/Synchro Material for Xyz is also okay. Or Super Poly that can be responded to.

My current TCG list. I need to go to locals more to see how it plays out, but I have generally good runs with it.

If I were to change anything, I would drop Plaguespreader and Infernity Barrier and run 2 more traps. Not sure which ones, but those two cards are the weakest in the deck without a doubt. Quillbolt + Shapesister and a Burger in grave is an easy R3, something that Plaguespreader on its own can't really do even with help from other cards. Most of the time I barely even use the effect because I either make the R3 anyways or it's too risky to not set the card I have in my hand. Oh well, Plaguespreader has some interesting interactions with Randomizer since you can just put the card you put on top of the deck back into your hand. Still, Plaguespreader/Barrier is what I've been thinking of taking out, just not sure what to replace it with exactly.

Well, if you didn't consider the material to summon it and the potential of other R4, then yeah, it's +1.
Emeral is too situational. He's only good in late game for recycling ED monster. With your disruption, your aim is not to reach late game anyway.

If your opponent have way to make your DB tribute itself in phase other than EP, then most likely they also have way to OTK you in that same turn.
If you somehow still alive, in losing position, and with no DB left in ED, Scramble is useless anyway. At that point, most of your good R4 is already used and Scramble is only good for R4.

In short, both Scramble and Emeral only useful in late game, most game ever reach this last game, and you should aim to never reach it anyway.
