Pharmercy is one of the worst things to deal with because you can't hit them enough to outdamage the heal because shitty aim.
I usually just go Winston and jump around in the air trying to piss them off, obviously targetting the Mercy first.
Winston is quite a savoir in terms of countering controller aim actually, since he also counters Genji.
Tracers are just the worst, but I hear that's pretty much the same on the PC too.

Hanzo's arrows have stupid-fuck-you-large hitboxes (I heard this is being nerfed) and has a very high skill ceiling meaning nine times out of ten, your team's Hanzo sucks the chrome off of a '57 Chevy bumper.

Torbjorn is okay for the most part, but his turret needs a range nerf. I feel like I get killed across the map by it most times.
