Well, you can just download it for free if you have GOG, there are some sites for that.

So I'm in the early parts of B&W, and I'm lvl 41. The grandmaster gear is only lvl req. 40 and some of the quests are recommending 40 already. Does gear continue to scale, or at level 50 is my lvl 40 grandmaster gear still going to be the best I can get?

I like that it's a cohesive set that I can get, but I'm constantly worried that random relic gear that I'm just selling/dismantling is better.

Also, is the scaling the same in ng+, just everything is higher? I know you need to recraft your witcher gear to the ng+ version.

I guess we're going with this thread then?

Just go to Piratebay and search for "The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt Expansion GOG" it'll give you the torrents. Then, you just run the yellow disk and it will add the expansion to GOG, that's what it did to me for other games at least, I didn't test it with TW3.

I'm Level 16 and I'd estimate I'm about 3/4 of the way through everything that goes on in Novigrad. Would it be wise to go ahead and add the DLC/Expansions now or just wait until the story is wrapping up? I really don't know much about the expansions.

HoS is level 34, BaW is 34 iirc. Most people suggest to do it after the main questline, as you'll be around that level normally.
