Spies only as good as others are bad, if you're against people who have tunnel vision or don't spy check then of course he'll be good, but once people figure out your disguises and cloaking, which should be most, then you're at a major disadvantage. And if you get caught out? Better hope you have a dead ringer on hand to get out of that mess, otherwise you could honestly just play scout and do a similar rush down a flank and pick off technique, two good shots to the back usually does the job as well as using your movement to escape without much casualties.

Haven't touched TF2 in years, how do I get the cool weapon reskins? They remind me of skins I would install from gamebanana, and Ive even seen some model edit skins from gamebanana as actual cosmetics now. I really liked some Medigun I saw that was tan and had team-colored detailing on it.

Also, how do you get the laser reskins of normal weapons? I've seen a laser sniper rifle and a laser pistol.

bhopping made CTF a completely pointless format because Soldiers and Demos could fly through the intel rooms at 3000 ms and just go past any defenses you set up. Are all of the custom HUDs outdated now?

Anyways to actually answer your point, the problem with bhopping on CTF isnt the gamemode, its the maps. I personally think that, while it would certainly probably shake up the balance a bit too much, bhop could work well on cp and koth maps in a 6s format (hell probably even an HL format). CTF maps can be designed with bhop in mind, and it makes ctf a lot more interesting than TF2's interpretation of the gamemode imo IMO.
Yeah sure it makes engy a lot less viable but it not only gives every class the ability to have enough movement to actually cap the flag but it also moves ctf away from being "whichever team manages to block people coming through two tight chokes the best".
