The game doesn't introduce you to dungeons at all, they're simple towers here and there you can queue to if you're within their entry level. Some aren't even on maps for their respective level so they're easy to miss.
On the player interaction, 0 is required outside of earth tower and a possible grind party. You can say hi to the people you queue with but since theres no kick button they can't really kick you if you afk.

The core three classes will be Fencer3, Dragoon2, and Pardoner.

Let's start with "Swords"men. Outside of Fencer and Dragoon debuffs, the core ones are Armor Break, Cross Guard and Spear Lunge.
Cross Guard requires high STR, and Spear Lunge requires spear, so both make very good basis of Dragoon build, leaving R5 and R6 open.
Armor Break can be inflicted by Highlander3, Peltasta3, Monk1 (80% chance), and Cleric1 (with some setup).
Without Murmillo to take Pelt3, the most efficient way would be High3 on Dragoon. This would however require Fencer to take Barb1 for Cleave, in order to take full advantage of new skills.
High3 has the added benefit of Vertical Slash, which will hit like a truck in the debuff meta.

Now, for Pardoner. This one has a lot of choices.
>Cleric2 for DM, more heals, Fade, possible Armor Break, sturdy Safety Zone
>Krivis3 for extra DPS, keeping up strong buffs for longer, stronger crits and Daino
>Diev for debuff upkeep with with Chrono, 100% uptime on Epee stance, and general DPS boost via lowered cooldowns
>Pardoner2 for self-sufficient debuff upkeep
>Miko for memes
>PD for spreading the buffs in AoE
