Best Half-Breed is undoubtedly at the worst spot she's been in for all of season 6.

Well okay, that;s not true, the patch when devourer was removed and before Bloodrazor got the large buff the patch after was worse.

She's still a pain in the ass for anyone that isn't Xin or Trundle to fight in a 1-v-1 and her counter-ganks are still pretty nice, but every item that is core to her keeps getting nerfed. First Titanic Hydra, then Devourer, now Frozen Mallet.

So she's far off FoTM hypercancer like during the height of the devourer meta, or like how Kindred was pre-gut, or Gragas is now, but she's usable.
