I removed my black widow card with 20% cooldown proc and put on a civil war 4 with 9% all attack 6% energy attack and 5.5% cooldown time.

I don't have proxima so I can't speak to that. I didn't really try Elsa either since most of the enemies on the stage including the boss are combat type.

Honestly in special missions I find one of the bigger time-eaters to be the boss itself. My Jane can clear the stage insanely fast (and I imagine elsa probably could too) but she takes so long to kill the boss the run ends up being 37+ seconds for me. Sharon kills the boss in 1 second which makes up for a slightly slower stage clear. The stage itself is just a matter of figuring out (through practice) what abilities to use on what packs to clear fastest.

The times don't sound significant but clearing each stage in 5 less seconds could give and extra 2-3 stage runs per day. And today on the last run I got 3x bios on a run I might not have even had without manual tryharding. It doesn't really matter in the long run though, its maybe a few days to a week faster to 6* her than someone not doing it.
