And Genji is used overwhelmingly more on Offense. What's your point? Reaper is the only hero in the game that is not complete dogshit that can deal with tanks. There are no viable alternatives to shred tanks. Meanwhile the other high mobility flanking hero is dwarfed in usage by Genji.

Any smart Zarya can get charges from things that are relatively unavoidable. Because they're good, I don't know why you think It's just her shields anyone needs to worry about but if a Rein charges someone and Zarya shields, she is close to max charge. Unavoidable.
Also it doesn't matter what you think about Mercy's ult, it still got nerfed even with your frail "Just kill her" defense.
So while I don't think Zarya needs a nerf, if your only reason is "Just don't shoot her lol". Chances are, she's gonna get it bad.

The problem with torbs are that at high ranks he's complete garbage without his turret and his turret gets countered by a coordinated team.

You you try to fix this by buffing his turret all that happens is his turret becomes insanely powerful at lower ranks.

The frost spray is a shittier version of every close range weapon in the game. Other weapons kill, her's slow and freeze

The popsicle shooter is like Torb's gun or mccrees gun, but has a delay and is the only projectile in the game that suffers from damage falloff

The best fix for torb is convert 50 of his HP into armor, increase the speed of the projectiles, make the lvl 2 turrets take only 3 hits and make it so shooting turrets don't charge ults.

Maybe it was back when the game launched and she had better damage, but now it honestly feels like she's missing an ability.
