I'd say it depends on the BR you playing. There is no nation that is the best on every BR.

Claps are the clubber tier nation on Br 3.0-4.0
Every plane you fly in that range is undertiered and could easily compete at a higher BR.
However they struggle hard between the 4.3-6.0 range.

Brits dominate the 5.0-6.3 BR range.Clubfire with 4 Hispanos and Tempests are just crazy good.

Soviets & Germans have their best BR range from 2.0 to 5.0. You only have good planes in that range.
While soviets have nothing over 5.0 except for the La 9. The Germans still have good planes, but they are simply outclassed by the brit planes.

Japs club everything from 3.0 till 6.3 if you know how to use your plane.

You can try it but you will be clubbed. Getting from AB to RB is a hard step because you actually need knowledge about planes, maneuvers & tactics. You can't just move your mouse like crazy when somebody is on your tail.

Also you need awareness. In my first RB mattles I was flowing and out of nowhere I suddenly get boom'n'zoomed. Pretty frustrating when you were flying for about 10 minutes into battle.

It's not great, not really even for a fun tank. The turret traverse is incredibly slow, Panther D tier. It's got a decent fire rate, but it's only got clips of 5 shots that take 6.5 seconds to reload. No armour and only two crew, has decent speed though. Penetration is shit too, 60mm max.

After about 100 matches in the T-34-100 with these BRs I've yet to encounter a Maus or M103 in person. I've seen them in the kill feed maybe once or twice but otherwise they are absolutely void. Both can be penned easily from the side, as per usual.
Besides, the T-54 47 cannot deal any easier with both since it lacks sabot and HEAT-FS, in addition to facing them more often due to the inevitable uptier.
There is another flaw. If 6.7 is a black void making downtiers a near-certainty thing, wouldn't it be a much better idea to use the T-54 1951?
