Granted Nuka World is in beta right now, but that IS the last DLC, so it seems like an okay time for release to me. They're not going to patch much past the final DLC barring some problems with it specifically so it should be fine.

Yes it is if you like building at all. People say b-but mods do it! but there isn't any mods doing what these do, only ones that use it to expand on it.

If you build the cages you increase the chances of that faction/group spawning to attack and free them, I have about 15 gunner cages so I get almost daily attacks, I get a legendary from each one plus a small pile of guns, ammunition, food and weapons for each group. And I turn them into beef jerky + building supply with the contraptions production line + manufactoring extended. WW also adds a new generator that does 100 power and a new purifier that can go into soil but makes 10 water and both have decorative shit. Also there's an archway that removes radiation when you stand in it and a much MUCH easier way to get electricity into your rooms amongst other things

The arm is a power assist brace, the brain implants help keep him from going into senile dementia and possibly stimulate his physical systems to slow the deterioration of his body.
He's still human but with assists like an artificial kidney or a pump to assist his heart.

You don't need a Nvida FTW SUPER 8GB DELUXE $800 GPU to run Fo4. Anything with that much vRAM is excessively more powerful than what the consoles have to offer anyway, in this context.

8GB of RAM is actually a good minimum though, especially because the game being 64-bit means it can actually use enough to tap that out.

You don't need to start with agility 10 unless you're going for gun fu. Energy weapons can't get silencers, so you don't need agility that high for ninja, either.

One more perception will allow you to get demolitions perks immediately, but there is the bobblehead in Concord you can get really early if you want. Luck 5 will allow you idiot savant. If you're going for the Gatling Laser, you may want to boost strength and focus on heavy weapons instead.

Well, the Institute has the technology to make the Commonwealth a better place, but they don't want to help people, they just want to study them from their nice little undeground evil mega base.

Brotherhood of Steel is the worst IMHO, they despise technology but crave for it, they steal and rob every piece of technology claiming it's their duty to eradicate all the evils from old ages, while they're the most military advanced faction in the game.

I never really sided with Railroads, they all seem pretty naive compared to other factions. They never really pose a threat to anyone, but the Institute is huge nerds and they are scared of them.

And the Minutemen..well, you can't really choose about being a part of them.

Institute and RR. Institute is obvious mustache-twirling evil. Railroad is a group of terrorists who quite clearly put robots before humanity.
BoS are the good guys. They want to get rid of super mutants, feral ghouls, dangerous synths, etc. and ensure no raiders get technological superweapons to destroy everything.
They protect trade caravans. They give water to locals. They provide a safe environment to all where they patrol. All they ask for is a bit of food, unlike the Minutemen who demand settlements be micromanaged by a dictator and every scrap of surplus food, water, and material not needed for minimum survival is to be given to said dictator.

Is it ultimately better to annihilate the settlements or use diplomacy?

Hey guys, is there a mod that boosts the Automatron robot spawns? I really like fighting robots and theres a small enjoyable sweet spot between starting the automatron questline and then finishing it where theres a fuckton of robot spawns.

I'm looking for a mod, or a way, to increase those spawns. And also have them consistently spawning as much as possible.

Really, any mod that just adds a bunch of random robot enemy spawns would be great.
But I don't really want something that could possibly lag the game.

For me, Nuka-Cooler (Quantum + Quartz + Victory) will restore 3600 hp over time, increase max hp + 50, 2 rads + 1049 ap over time + 20 max ap.

Other than that, a Nuka Rush (2 x Wild + Victory) restores 1k HP over time. Shit's not bad.

im playing on a semi-toaster. Fallout 4 gets unstable for me when I have really big mods. Quests break, I run into unexplainable bugs that cause me to CTD and logs fail to point out what caused the issue, and things that alter the leveled list too much make enemies take a while to spawn when you reach an area or makes the game lock up while the engine decides what loot the enemy will have.

I used to think /fog/ was just too lazy to do it.

But now I think I was underestimating how complex this stuff actually was and it only comes naturally to me after doing it for months now, and it doesn't quite click with most people. I guess. I realized this when I was helping a guy here on how to simply apply bodyslide support to a vanilla outfit and he was having a ton of difficulty with it...

Its also probably a bit of laziness, as well as some people can't be assed to even download the CK since it isn't on Steam, and also some people simply don't like modding, but like using mods. I personally enjoy modding, I like that now I can put something in the game if I want it in. Maybe later I will add a MachineDramon parts pack for Automatron with his head and working shoulder cannons that fire yellow plasma!
