There is no technical explanation to PES16, it's completely and utterly fucked. They tried to damage control it a little bit and I guess we saw slightly less retarded scorelines than Spring, but it was still bad because PES16 is completely awful.
They wanted an AI patch, because that's actually what's broken, but there is nothing out there. Stats don't change anything when the players have legitimate brain damage regardless.

He got a lot of bad rep for damage controlling for Tony and Boris, but if you talked to him towards the end of his time in /merit/, you could see all the frustration for the people in charge not acting until it's too late again. The rules were just the prime example. He was a bit of a cunt at times and no fun allowed, but he cared a lot about having the cup running smoothly. He also knows more about PES than most people think he does.
