Kronos has a few things like donation mounts, legitimate account trading (no individual item buying) 5g respec, and different los than vanilla had.
Elysium is custom tuning their bosses

Kronos also has some "QOL" features such as 5g respec cost, vanity mounts, donation tabards and auction house for characters where you can trade. None of that is blizzlike.

Heres things that happen on kronos

1) Mobs chase you at low speeds
2) Health regen is too fast
3) Dungeons deal far less damage than on elysium
4) Weapons skill up way too fast
5) Glancing blows are bugged
6) Proc rates are fucked on things like windfury, stuff procs off things that it shouldn't
7) Mobs spam abilities with no cooldown.

Trust me, I like kronos but it has ALOT of issues.
