Omega gives absolutely no fucks and would very gladly hurt Frisk for practically any reason, especially his amusement. Anything that is uncomfortable-to-painful-to-lethal with Frisk would be entertainment and there's no use in bargaining with him either, since he'd likely just break Frisk anyway. With Asriel, it's likely that only Frisk's spirit would be broken, with OF it's mind/body/spirit in so many ways it could fill a book.

I could imagine an Asriel scenario where he manipulates the world and everyone's memories to make things like they were when he was still alive, and forcing Frisk to be his Chara, whether they want to or not. Two reasons. First, Frisk is new to the underground and magic in general. It's not that he couldn't absorb their soul; it's that he doesn't know how. Second, Frisk is already showing signs of Chara's influence by this point. In the Genocide ending, he does it in a desperate attempt to get on your good side. It doesn't work.
