The trial got secretly updated back in may, but the author only added resources to inside the game, nothing new added to the trial actual gameplay.
Inside there are naked sprites for some female characters, also some major spoilers.
The sister and the prisoner girl have a demon form. I'm guessing the prisoner girl is really possessed or actually a demon, and the sister too gets possessed(or is also a demon).
This is just my opinion, but from what I'm seeing I think the game will have much more interactivity than the other games in the series.

I have the game and the append, if I try to play the append alone I get an error, If I merge the folders I can play the game and the append but I dont see any difference between them.
