Its not quite a bug.
It turns out if you pick Logy first at max you can only unlock up to 60 items. Two of those are locked at friendship levels. One for Reyfer and the 70 friendship one for Lucille. I ended my Logy run with 59 items because I didn't know either. Escha gets up to 63 max items in her route.

You can apparently transfer unique items from each route by buying Katla's missable book that costs 100,000 cole. But by the time you find that out its way too late though.

The PS TV is a vita with the screen and buttons ripped out that plugs into your tv, it has a slot for physical games as well as a memory card slot. You need a separate controller to use it.

I didn't buy mine at launch but I paid the same price for mine as launch buyers and got the same package they did.

Sometimes its more complicated than simply just jumping in. I also have to see if I have to buy any games on PSV and PS4 first, for example. But since the Vita treated me well I'm actually more eager to jump in earlier than before. I want to keep the spirit of this general alive in the form of a successor if its possible.

Sony handhelds are actually pretty exceptional now that I think about it, both PSP and Vita seemed interesting to me very quickly (1-2 years) library-wise compared to gameboys/ds.
