You can have an amazingly constructed team, yet her reflex BS simply loses you games, even with multiple Fontus in my backline.

Also, Thundercucks have the best reflex stone in the game. A lot of the whiners simply don't want to change around their stale teams that they've been using for the past few seasons and complain about suffering so much. Useless if you deal no damage. WoM nerf should be compensated. Her only damage passive is critdamage, but what's the point of it right now, if you're not running elaine+shura you can aswell ignore crit and run something like glabaris+choi. Her current front (and spiritstone) options are way, way too limited (and involve bandwagoning ardor cancers).

The meta has shifted to 2 healers on most galaxy teams so action bar restoration is nowhere as good as it was a few seasons ago, more often than not an Uriel team will be sitting at action bar cap and then the opposing team will active heal and now you're at parity.

Elaine helps fix this by keeping the ball in your frontline but that won't be as effective soon when every team is running Alice in a week.

I think it's more likely they think her action bar restoration is too strong and hard to balance around so they want to rework her separately from all the other strikers because they can't really just give her a stacking active and call it a day like with the rest.

Something to note is that a massive change to her gimmick would result in a recall, if she's the only utility striker that was eligible in that patch then there would be a large backlash from all the other utility striker users.
