I'm an entirely new player to WoW. level 20 and doing quests and some dungs to level because there is fuck all else to do.

I'm doing content that is more than a decade old and the drops that I get are a 2 whole polygons with a pixelated texture.

my question is, when the fuck do I start playing a game that actually feels modern? Where are the good looking weapons and armor. is this how the whole game looks?

I started a pandaren character and the beginning zone was beautiful, but after leaving this game feels like a Frankenstein of old content that looks like shit and modern content that looks amazing.
