Then let me tell you why Asura is the harder dungeon.
Every single boss in asura has some kind of new mechanics.
Babies have the debuff, Iruga has the lightning strikes and add CC, Birds rely on zone controll and asura himself can be considered a way more complicated fight than the last boss of masts.
Masts has:
-switch sides when anyone has 3 stacks
-hit fat dude after killing adds
-avoid getting wet

Last fleet boss is a poor mans asura and the other fleet bosses are not hard either.
Many people regard the snakeladies as the hardest boss in masts just because it makes you count to 3. Masts bosses are a joke compared to asura bosses.

The only reason to consider Masts the harder dungeon is lack of practice compared to Soguns, which results from an earlier release of Soguns Lament.
So no, Masts is definitely not harder than Soguns lament.

I do remember him saying that he really loved this game mostly because it was the first time he was in such a big and active guild and he felt really at home in it. I almost feel bad for him, but at the same time for him to still consider the guild "comfy" when obviously half of them weren't getting along and his best friend was shit-talking people on the regular is just plain stupid. He should have realized a long time ago that guild wouldnt last. The only ones happy to be in it were him, eri, and courante. Everyone else just came together for shelter from the chinese.

To add context to your conversation, as a korean player, SPS was originally the successor to Snow Jade. It had more difficulties outside of 6/4 man, but it was too hard for a lot of people. For example, it was an instant wipe if one person had too many stacks of poison. We didn't have the balance and weapons you guys do so it was really hard. Eventually, it was nerfed when it went to CN because of Tencent. bnscn, by the way, have their own dev team. Eventually, we got their nerfs and then it went to jp and tw and that version is what you're playing right now. I don't know how your difficulties matchup now but that's how it was.

First boss: Babies VS Sneks

Both bosses require the party to split in pairs of two.
Both bosses require the group to react to a stacking debuff.
Both bosses require the furthest person to redirect a special attack (glitterbomb for babies, pools and charge for sneks).

While I do agree that the snek special attacks are way more impactfull due to their high damage, the babies are still the harder fight.
The river splits the group that does not allow easy access to the other sides groupmembers if something goes wrong. Sneks on the other hand are fought in one big arena and you can make up for your partymembers mistakes by just walking over to their side and grabbing their flowers.
The babies also require to apply two kinds crowd controll, Knockdowns to make them switch sides and another kind of cc to interrupt the force choke on the tanks after the babies jump. This interrupt also has to be timed so the baby actually grabs the tank.
Snakes do not need any crowd controll whatsoever.
When you missplay the flower mechanics the snakes heal, which can make up by hitting them some more. When you missplay the baby debuff-mechanics, one side instantly dies, usually resulting in a wipe.

When you kill one snake you have time to finish the second snake with all four party members. When you kill one baby and the other is still alive the baby will fight on.

So please tell me again how Soguns bosses are easier than Masts bosses.

I don't really know which I'd call harder, but no one is babbies harder than snek.

Snakes can get messy and go to hell very fast, babies is very structured. Use a couple CCs at two specific times and everything is fine.

I miss when Pressure Point was per enemy so you could only build stacks on one enemy. Also when other KFMs could use PP after you did and steal your Searing Palm. For example, if you went to Stage 2 on a boss and another KFM in your party used PP, they would go to Stage 3 and you would be stuck in Stage 2 and on a minute cooldown because there was no cooldown reduction skills.
