There's more to it than spamming games. It's also about consistency in games. Anon might have fucked up a bunch of games and only recently started doing good, releative to the number of total games he's played.
I know that's what happened to me. I had a >50% win rate, about 48 when I finally hit Plat, but that was because I only barely maintained my gold status and finally started doing better.

I usually build Lych, Zonyas, Deathcap, Morellos, the magic boots, and whatever 6th item depending on the situation.

When you're going in, start with by activatin your seastone trident and then your dash to go in and ult them immedietly and get some AA off, if they start running away or attacking you back use your playful trixter to doge abilites/ catch up.

First, Jarvan. The fact that Taric goes all "Man, fuck princes, you spoiled kids" at him makes me deathly afraid that they're going to delete all his badassery and altruism and just make him a stereotypical gloryhound prince.
Also Yorick and Warwick since their reworks are coming soon. Then again, Yorick doesn't really have much going on lorewise so there's a lot of room for improvement, but you never know when Riot's incompetence will reach new lows. Really? I always thought J4's and Shyvana's lore combined was actually one of the best and coolest stories in the League. Like, it doesn't particularly tie a lot into the world other than showing a bit of the dynamics between Noxus and Demacia and how are the dragons in the setting, but as a story it was great. Something that could be perfectly turned into a movie and be popular even among people who don't play League.

How much better do i have to be than the enemy laner to win fairly consistently?
I win my lane about 70% of the time and push my lead through midgame and often carry my team in fights even if someone in my team feeds.
However, the longer the game goes on, it seems like no matter how hard i try someone always gets caught and throws.
I play adc so i can only try to catch someone or win fights if someone engages well and doesn't fuck up.
What am i supposed to do when this happens? It just seems really hopeless. I also play mid as secondary with about 60% win rate.
Should i just play mid until this stops happening or is there some way i can prevent this from happening as adc?

Well I think Shyvana's lore gets good when you include the stuff that was said by Riot that isn't officially part of her lore book where Shyvana is internally struggling between her Dragon and Human natures and being with Jarvan and living in Demacia is bringing feelings from her repressed human half that she doesn't understand.

However just the block of lore itself only talks about the revenge story part of Shyvana, which I think could be stronger by adding the rest of it.
