Teleport is pretty bad nowadays for roaming, so I literally just took ghost and used it to run fast between mid-bot-mid-top. With CDR boots I figured the low cooldown and versatility of ghost makes it better than TP (for my playstyle)

Depends. If you're getting MR glyphs then follow up with armor seals. If you're getting something ELSE besides MR glyphs get HP or scaling HP seals. Every point of armor is pretty much 1% extra health against the selected type it's defending against.

So if you have 500 HP with 10 armor and someone is doing physical damage to you... they have to do 550 HP of AD to kill you.

Zed is annoying because you literally have to spend 40 minutes playing in response to what he does. No matter how shit or how hard you are "shtting on him" with counterpick X. And a lot of it has to do with his 600+ range waveclear and passive that lets him farm under turret in the SAFEST lane in the game.

Rengar is just stupid because of his "Press R, apply face to keyboard -> Get kills". A 0-5 Rengar "outskilling" a 8/0 bot laner and if he gets even remotely ahead everything becomes a "squishy" to that combo. But his laning phase isn't as frustrating or opporessive as Zed.

Try a 5% flat / 5% scaling CDR split on the glyphs. It gives you 5% level one (and you won't notice missing the 2.5 level 1), rounds out to 10% CDR over the game, and fits in real nice with items without waste.
