3 parts are scattered a cross the arena wthi spawn at 00:00, 00:15 seconds and 00:30 seconds, you get bonuses based on how many you have. As I have said before the non Valentine Part 7 characters aren't uber reliant on the parts to do their gameplan.

2 [Corpse Parts]: Johnny gets super armor when performing his special moves .
3 [Corpse Parts]: Johnny builds HHA meter faster.

Johnny has crippled movement off horse so getting 1 is probably the most he can feasibly get.

Gyro
1 [Corpse Part]: Gyro gains access to the move "scan".
2 [Corpse Parts]:Gyro gets super armor when performing his special moves .
3 [Corpse Parts]: Gyro's Golden Rotation gauge remains maxed for however long he possess the third [Corpse Part] .

Gyro has more movement so he can gather parts easier but only carrying 1 but gettign 3 is sublime.

Valentine
One Part: Guard gauge depletion is reduced when guarding.
Two Parts: 10% overall reduction to damage taken.
Three Parts: 25% overall reduction to damage taken and activates Love Train enhancing all of D4C's special attacks and granting Valentine a general immunity to projectile attacks.

Much bigger payoffs for his efforts. It also boosts his specials at 3 corpse parts, this however should be noted that his specials without corpse parts are weak, stripping parts off Valentine is pretty easy if you know specific setups, he has one of the lowest hp in the game, bad defense especially when knocked down. Opponents will play around you needing corpse parts and force you to fight as non Love Train Valentine. If anothe PArt 7 guy is against you them simply keeping one corpse part to deny Love Train from you which they will abuse in every way they can.

Valentine is fun bu you have to know what you are getting into because Love Train is pretty GANGSTAR.

Iggy is paper and stand off he has no range, massive size when stand on so even then it either no range small hitbox vs decent hitboxes but massive size.
Personally Kakyoin does very low damage and has to put in more effort then say Mista or Hol Horse do to apply pressure with projectiles. I think Diavolo's BnB out damaging nearly all of Kakyoins combos barring his high cost ones but then again Diavolo's meterless Bnb prenerf did huge damage for 0 meter and gave you a hard knockdown but now it just does less but still threatening harm.
Koichi imo some would disagree with me saying he's gimped but all his shit isn't impressive and others do his shit better and better normal but barely anyone plays him. It's wrong for me to say gimped but more "what's the point"

Good balancing considering the lowered bar of expectations after resale. It was nice of them to not remove taunt combos completely but restrict them so the characters that could do them and add heavy damage form it didn't have a huge advantage (especially the ones that can do wit without burning meter).
