Fury's actually pretty good right now if you're going to have a healer with you anyway the damage output is high enough that bloodthirst makes up for the increased damage and you have enraged regeneration if you get into trouble. That's if you have a healer though without one it does end up being a bit worse than the others.

i would say holy priest, resto shaman, and resto druid are probably your best bets though. personally i love holy paladins and mistweaver monks but monks can be a bit awkward and holy paladins are very single target oriented.

It's literally temp summons and buff over and over. Why is it necessary to recast the buff endlessly when summons are almost your entire rotation? If you're going to make a non-attack spell that essential then why not make it last for like 12 to 15 seconds and just let it apply to all summons within that span? Nevermind that mobility is fucking gone and trying to peel in melee is just eating endless interrupts and spell lockouts.

It had two content patches, one of which was a garrison update, meant to expand isolationist content that separated you from everyone else.

It really doesn't when it comes to leveling. The questing is incredibly linear which means you'll be doing the exact same ones the fifth time as you did the first. Other expansions had zones with overlapping levels so you could at least mix it up between characters. Draenor does have treasures but they're generally useless as gear and leveling through the experience from them would require flying which a lot of people weren't subbed when it came out to get it. And bonus objectives are just quests without the prompts.

Engineering is the fun spec it has toys and mounts. But get mining if you don't have another character with it legion won't have garrisons to funnel you mats you'll need to farm them yourself again.

So far at 100 I have:

Destro isn't completely shit, Affliction is clunky as fuck, Demonology is some weird-ass shit that makes little sense

Havoc is fun but the actual rotation is fucking boring as shit and I don't know what were they thinking with that Chaos Blades talent that removes Demon's Bite. Is that some sort of accessibility option?
Vengeance is okay but I'd rather have fel rush there too, it just feels more satisfying to use.

I don't know what to play, really. So far I always fell back to Warlock/Warrior, during and after Wrath mostly DK. But now I don't know what should I do at all.

WoD Disc wasn't great, but this new step feels kind of half-thought through.

You need to deal damage, but you also need to upkeep Atonement. Shadowmend is a good "in a pinch" heal, but it's a mediocre heal.

Its major cd is removing cds on shields, but if shit is going down, slapping bandaids on people is not how you keep a group alive. It needed an option to EITHER deal damage to heal, OR go into full-on healslut mode for a brief period of time.

You have three talents that have different uses:
one does single target damage
one does damage in a small area
one does damage in a large area

the one that deals single target damage should deal the most damage (win on single target)
the one that deals damage in a small area should deal medium damage (win on stacked mobs)
the one that deals damage in a large area should deal the least damage (win on spread out mobs)

That's pretty much what the new rapture is for, I feel that the only big problem with disc right now is atonement's duration, they should bump it up by 4-5 seconds without having you lose power infusion for it. I find the spec pretty fun overall but it does feel a bit behind in numbers.

There was no reason to take away Embers. It was a mediocre resource and mechanic, but it was consistent. Destruction mastery is idiotic and it should be fucking replaced.
Demonology is effective but it plays like ass. It got totally butchered and turned into some horrid mess. Like someone wanted to keep it similar but also smack some brilliant new ideas in, it's a patchwork of design choices that just don't work together.
Affliction is boring, it's resource generation is absolutely idiotic and Soul Effigy, while a pretty interesting mechanic, is killed by shitty implementation. Drain life as filler is also just bad. What was so wrong with Drain Soul + chance to proc microticks of the dots on target? Why was it changed?
