The D.VA nerf wasn't harsh enough. a .5 second increase is not going to stop her from spamming Defense Matrix at every possible opportunity, nullifying almost every ult in the game any time she wants.

Zenyatta's Orb of Discord nerf was good, but because they compensated by increasing his damage he's still going to be used as a better tank killer than Reaper since it evens out for his own damage against orbed opponents.

Genji's nerf was entirely unnecessary if they're not even going to touch Tracer. Today was the first day I played Tracer and I had gold eliminations and damage every single match. She needed a nerf far more than Genji did, since at least he requires practice, and I expect her to be in every match once he's gone. Genji was just a casual clearer, a good team comp pretty much nullified his ult every time he used it.

I don't understand the Lucio speed boost nerf, I don't recall anyone ever complaining about it and it's really only used in the beginning of the match. All it changes is both teams will get to the objective slightly later.

The Mercy buff is probably going to bring back Mercio, since that healing rate is going to be insane. That and with the orb being worse Zenyatta's usefulness goes down.

The Hanzo buff is interesting, although it gives even less reason to use Widowmaker when there already was little reason to. I worry the projectile speed increase will be too much and he will become instagib central.

I can't remember if there were any other major buffs/nerfs and you can't read the patch notes on PTR anymore for some stupid reason.

Basically any time you hear an ult with an AoE factor you should amp a speed boost so that everyone can get out of dodge. Especially if your ult is down for the forseeable future.
