IGN has 17 minutes of gameplay, Blue beetle's win pose is him taking his mask down and his face looks so unnaturally shiny and plastic it still disturbs me. It has the same level of shine as his armor.

Wonder Woman, they fixed some of her shaders, especially with her hair so it doesn't look as terrible but she's still pretty bad.

Animations are the same as in MKX to the point where Blue Beetle just has some of D'Vorah's animations but painted blue. Some of them do look better.
Compared to Injustice 1, it's a world of difference because Injustice 1 was pretty bad. I liked it, but it wasn't good.
The problem is they're just slapping mo cap faces onto these bodies while keeping the shaders and the like adjusted the same which makes it look unnatural as fuck. I mean look at Blue Beetle, his face is as shiny as his suit, that's unnatural. They're not going to change the faces at this point, but if they adjust some things, put a bit more work into it, it will look better. Still awful though, but by the time MKXI comes out they'll either figure something out or abandon it entirely.

NRS engine just can't deal with faces. It has been this way since MK9. I forgot the link but when MKX came out someone posted the portfolio site of the 3D modeler that Kitana's face and it how it looked nice at first but when it was sent to NRS they had to lower the polycount and changed it to fit in the game.

I can't speak for everybody but I do know that, for me, what gets me excited about a fighting game is one of two things
1. Seeing my favorite characters returning
2. Seeing high level play that makes me think this game is amazing getting my hands on it then just scrubbing it up for about 20 hours till I learn how to play.

It's why I never picked up a wrestling, boxing or UFC game yet own nearly every single other fighting game produced in the last 4 years.

The only thing I liked about Injustice was the traits, it was a nice idea to make essentialy Blazblue in a more grounded, reserved game. Too bad every other single gameplay decision in that game is terrible (interactables, wagers, 10 seconds supers, transitions, meter burning, collisions, etc.) and the game looked like ass.
