You end up having 1 dungeon option for the entire 10 levels and at best 2 - 3 options total (since you out-level from questing faster than you gear for dungeons) it's dumb.

Remove gear requirement, make more WoD dungeons available for a wider level range. No one likes only having 1 dungeon to qeue into.
