I don't get what people are failing at playing fighting games for over 100+ hours but still stuck in the bronze equivalent tiers of their respective game. I feel like you should have some grasp on basic knowledge to not get stuck at the absolute beginner brackets after 100+ hour mark. Not only that but fighting games are pretty similar so how do people start a new game and just forget simple logic like block attacks, check if something is punishable, and taking advantage of these opportunities

There is no point in defensive play in xrd because you are not incentivized to do so. In uniel if you're running offense and theyre blocking and shielding you out they get resources, so you have to be smart about things. There's nothing like that in xrd.

also regarding bb and gg, when accent core ps2 died during the 360/ps3 boom, every gg player tried bb as a substitute.

So I got to that stage where I am beating all my buddies. So I tried playing online and got my ass handed to me. My character suddenly started looking so weak and even other Kies I see online don't pose any threat, when others just seem so overwhelming.

It just feels like I am at the beginning again and know nothing about the game and my character is shit. People just sit and wait till I push myself away from them, I have no idea how to go through their defenses.

I am lost and don't know what to do. What would you suggest?

Fun fact: Deadshot the character(created in the 1950's) is older than Deathstroke (created in 1980) but Deadshot has never had Deathstroke's popularity.

There is so little good in Alpha 3 that it's hard to grab onto enough to git gud.
It's a mishmash of different gimmicks with the strictest inputs in the series, and the only people who still play it are machines. It's a lot of work to get into it, with little reward for doing so.
