I don't think it's necessarily a problem that Sym is only useful with a spawn disadvantage. That said, a quick way to fix it would be to add an offensive usage for the teleporter ult. I recommend letting you Q any target at close range and teleporting them to the most distant spawn room on the map.

As for her turrets, I think they're fine, but they could be given all six at the start and only cooldown when they're destroyed. (so they can't be replaced immediately)

Also, red health conversion into shields. Example, 50 health converted to 50 shields, plus an additional 25 shields. This would make her actually fill a support role since the granted shields could let people walk off a McCree body shot.

That's put it in line with other ults. I'm also recommending making it worse than death, since it might take longer than respawn to walk back if you hit a tank without a travel power.

If you want a counter, have it so there is a deployment time, where the target gets stuck, but the enemy can destroy the teleporter and save them if they're very quick.

Turrets damage up by 5 or 10%
Turrets deploy and activate from creation 10% faster.
Turrets now take 2 hits to destroy.
Shield "converts" 25 of existing HP into shield + the additional 25 on top.
M2 travels 5 or 10% faster.
Teleporter works as current when placed on map; however if you place it in spawn it reduces the respawn timer for the next 6 people instead, allowing your team to come back into the fray faster when pushed to the last point for a brief period.

Would a secondary ult while the teleporter is up help her? Say, you can instantly have the teleporter back in your hands to be placed again. Easiest solution to a Tracer is to play a Torb and place for anti-flank. Tracers will blow their ults just to take out level 1 turrets. His right click is also exceptionally good for erasing Tracers, with 150 damage per shot if every pellet of its tight spread hits. The only downside of this is you'll have to play Tobjorn.

And that had people still playing the objective by being a turtling engineer if they weren't a sniper. 2fort was terrible either way, the same people who enjoyed endless 2fort also enjoyed capture point disabled arena (horrible) so you would have to spend 30 minutes finding a single deadringer spy who hides or runs the entire time or watch people doing that until you could play the next round.

As someone else mentioned, it's possible that your accuracy is high because you're only shooting tanks, people who are flashbanged, or other easily hit targets. Your relatively low damage and eliminations suggests you're also conservative with your shots; you only fire when you're confident you'll hit, so people with worse accuracy but who fire more still hit more often per game than you do.

I'm also shit with McCree despite low deaths and high accuracy. I play Soldier instead.

Anyway TDM won't reduce salt, people already take it seriously in stuff like CoD and people WILL tryhard TDM with cancerous meta TDM comps. The game mode doesn't matter, the game does. Tf2 was much more relaxed no matter what outside of Sixes because teams were typically 12v12 or more. One memeing moron didn't bring everyone down and everything sort of blended into a crowd. Plus Tf2 had community servers so likeminded people could get together and/or you'd be playing with the same-ish people who might come back to the server so people were more polite. MYM update adding "casual" mode proved that sticking randoms together for one game= rude behavior. You can't really circumvent this.
