Doom is fucking shit because his ultimate is a ONE HUNDRED AND FORTY FIVE SECONDS cooldown for a single target disable that does pitiful damage and doesn't even stun/slow. On top of this and scorched earth is a 55 second cooldown you have just about the most CD dependent hero in the game since all he can do when these spells are on CD is infernal blade.

No clue how icefraud fixes him though without some kind of rework.

I'm close to reaching 4k mmr.

Pretty much. I used to keep it at like 1200 hp but that was pointless. Nowadays morph costs like no fucking mana so you can be more liberal with it's use. Keep yourself at like 600 hp when hitting creeps.

Brown boots + aquila + perserverance usually does a lot, you can even throw in a set of raindrops for the extra meme. I once had a CM on my team and her mana aura let me farm like a mad cunt.

15 min linken is the ideal scenario, I usually get it at like 18-20, followed by a 23-25 eblade. Or if theres no potential for deletion I just go travels

Omni needs to be reworked in general.
He's not tournament viable because he's hard countered by diffusal, his laning presence is weak against ranged heroes to the point he can't do shit.

Degen Aura is really strong except that Omni is so slow, and support Omni doesn't build SnY and he really doesn't want a Euls either. Omni's that support that needs levels and farms to be most effective, and doesn't scale well at all with core items. And unlike Tide, who's a melee hard support, Omni can't solo lane against most duos and definitely can't do shit about a trilane.
He's a support that needs a support.

He's op as shit in pubs and even ranked really just because he's got so many retard saving tools, but he's not tournament viable because that's what his role is, retard saver, and unless you have EE on your team pros don't need a retard saver, they need a support that can secure a lane and gank, which Omni simply cannot do.

Pudge is OP as shit IF the guy playing him can land hooks. His hooks have retarded range and travel really fast, a good pudge is re fucking diculous to deal with. He's recieved nothing but buffs since forever.
