If you check off the dungeon box in your quest log you can clear a feat quest chain for a dungeon hub that you've outleveled. Don't do this for Time Gate though since you get a lot of quest exp there.

Floral is one of his best since it melts most dungeons at that level, so it's more the farm set than anything. The Ice Arrow set is the most popular for Anton running though cause it's more bossing damage but we don't really have the best situation for that right now so Floral is probably your best bet.
