Actually pretty damn good. Not as good as Nebu, but not bad either. I'd say probably the best bullet distribution in the game besides Nebu and MAYBE the GW gun. It also has 5 bullet slots which is really good. Only those two guns have more and only at max. Ougi effect considered, it's a excellent darkslinger weapon, hades or no. The lack of big attack up will probably turn some people off though and max Nebu will always be the most superior choice.

Judging by your post, you're too new to make any use of it. Basically, in a Hades build it's incredibly powerful as it allows you to reach 50% double and triple attack rates passively if you have enough. Outside of that, it's one of the best gunslinger guns in the game, hands down barring a few better alternatives. While your correct that having damage is usually the best, in some cases it's nearly as important as you think.This being one of them. Class weapons like Nirvana and Nebu for example do not have attack up and are best in their class.
