We here at Riot Games (tm) want to provide a variety of skins for Champions so that each player can express themselves through them. I spoke to the Cosmetic Visual Enchantment Division (the Skin Team for normies) but unfortunately they do not have permission to make any new great and wonderful Cassiopia skins.

You may be asking why this is the case and to fully explain I need to let you in on a little office operation. During a skins development large amount of concept art can be found posted on walls, boards, people, and desks so that people "Synchronise" with the skin. This would require large amount of snake based imagery to be hanging around and a sizeable portion of our staff are Ophidiophobic and would be unable to go about their daily work without being exposed to this trigger due to the buildings layout and Inter-team interaction.

Healslut main here. Last suggestions convinced me to mave at least one tanky suport in my champion pool. The most similar to my mains was Taric, so I bought him (already have free Alistar, but don't like his playstyle). How should I build him? And why everyone is buying mobi/swifties on him instead of tabi/merc?

General tips about his gameplay are also welcome.

Taric main here. Taric gets less free armor than he used to, so definitely build tanky. I always rush Targon's Brace and hold onto it, afterwards I build Glacial Shroud, usually into Iceborn Gauntlet for an extra slow after stunning someone, possibly Frozen Heart if I need tons of armor. Obviously get Sightstone early game. Tabi boots are best though Mobi aren't bad either if you need to catch people out. Midgame I'll take the Targon's Brace and build into Eye of the Equinox. As for remaining items I almost always get Locket and Randuin's, ZZ'rot if I'm ahead.
