Mercy's "fly" ability needs to be a lot more lax, allowing you to activate it even if there's a wall to increasy her escaping skills.

I got placed at 67 after my 10 matches. There's literally no incentive for me to play comp anymore unless I can get into the top 500 (which probably won't happen). At this point it's all risk and no reward to do comp and will likely just frustrate me playing with idiots when I can just play with idiots in QP. 65- mid 70s is a deadzone, it's too big of a jump from being 65+ (top 10% maybe) to get into the top 500.

They should make the top tier reward percentile based imo

Do you play support?
For me it's always hard to sense if my teammates are better dps/tank players than me. I've had situations where I got completely carried by some mccree smurf and I was glad I didn't instalock anything and just went support instead. Other times some bumfuck that appears to play with a controller ruined any chance of our team winning because he went dps, and of course I get angry.

There must be a better system to determine how good people are at certain heroes.

Yeah that's a good strategy, my problem is just my team is always even out in ranks, usually only 1-2 ranks difference.

I had this problem too at first with zen. Just practice with him on quick play a little while. Although, it's really just about shooting discord at the right target and calling it in voice chat. Then you orb out your flankers and your tanks second if they're low health. The extra projectile damage and kills is just some bonus. Also, his ult is quite easy, just use it to counter other big ults like genji or zarya or even to contest objectives with your team.

After a small patch that was deployed a couple days ago, presumably to fix a couple bugs, I found out that the Overwatch Summer Games logo in-game had a strange, almost unnoticeable code-like black bar going across it in regular fashion, so I decided to investigate it. What I did was measure the time it took to go from the top of the logo to the bottom of the logo and I noticed that there were 3 different times: 1.9 seconds, 2 seconds and 2.1 seconds.
After thinking for a while I thought that it could be referencing morse code, the 1.9 seconds bar meaning a dot, the 2 seconds one meaning a space and the 2.1 seconds bar meaning a dash. So I started counting them and I found this pattern, that once ended it repeated itself:

Good luck. I still use gamepad for games like Borderlands or Battleborn or Fallout, but for games like Overwatch, I switched over for the waifus.

Takes anywhere from a week to a month of practice, sometimes years. But it will always feel wrong. Nothing feels as comfy as a gamepad.

For Overwatch, took me a couple weeks of playing to get used to the mouse sensitivity which is different from other games I've played. I got WASD down, but the other keys I mess up sometimes. Mouse still feels off, like I'm having seizures whenever I need to snap to a target.
