I got the last three levels in the last 4 days. You just need to find a reason to grind and it'll come naturally. Before that, I probably idled at 94-95 for more than a week. Doing your star halos religiously and dumping all of the angel stuff on your character will speed it up noticeably.

Don't do that if you still have weapons to level up, of course. Those take priority.

The guide in the OP says you get about 50-60 average each 50 runs, so you're going to be doing quite a bit of Star Halo runs for the t1 orbs. The Whorls come easily enough if you want to reduce things, which I would recommend. The grind is terribly long.
