Probably going shaman. Last time in the brief elyg general we said we were going horde so I'm sticking to that. If we end up going alliance I'll go paladin and hate myself (nothing new).

Holy priests are the best healers bar none. Shadow is fun in pvp and is viable in pve for buffing shadow damage and passive healing the group.

Hunters...i don't remember much but the dead zone is real. Like 5 yards or some shit until you can do ranged damage. God damage but I think you'll be more focused on cc and kiting. Feign death macro is fun in pvp for using traps in combat. You have to tame multiple pets to unlock all of their skills and ranks, which is best if you enjoy exploration.

Playing Elemental PvP is a lot of fun.

In PvE, Resto will definitely get a spot (expect to be this), Elemental will get a spot in some raids, and Enhancement is as likely as Ret Paladins.

You have so much flexibility at 60, that if you're not letting your guild force you to be a spec, you can have fun doing whatever.

Is there a tier list for each role? The only healer I've played before was a WotLK Resto Shaman, and that was my offspec. Thing is I know everything in Vanilla/BC is harder, and I don't want to be the guy that gets everyone killed because I can't heal properly, is it that hard?
