I just got started over the weekend after playing last year for a little while, lost all my progress because new phone. The stuff offscreen here is just a purple crab and some shit, I try to keep all the non-fodder characters favourited even if they're shit. I'm stuck on Laboon in the story, should I just fuck around with the extra island or what? Already did a couple of the easier runs just to check it out but I don't feel like it's worth using the limited stamina I have right now. I heard I should just grind for Arlong, is that right? Should I be keeping my fodder instead of just feeding them to the cheapest character? Should I pull and hope for a good one?

Welcome back. Do not pull outside of sugofests and farm fortnights if you're stuck on the story, they're better exp per stamina and fortnight characters drop more consistently on 5 stamina than story characters do in any chapter. You should usually just feed turtles/pigs/extra skill books for exp instead of fodder. And reroll with the coming sugo for a decent legend.

When you evolve Kyros, his captain ability will boost everything by 2.5x except for legends and evolved raid bosses. That's far from useless at any stage but the very late game.

You'd obviously be better off with a Sengoku, but you aren't in dire need of help getting through the early game if you don't want to wait another 2 or 3 weeks to start playing.

You have your general lock-silence, that's basic.

Now for the second one

Same as Lock, and also Silence is much much more rare.

100% include. Needs 20 points for lvl 2 so more sockets the better; has much more use when you use Doffy as a sub and not a captain; will go up extremely highly in value when colosseum comes out, because 1 turn extra can make or break a run.
>Matching orb
Again, great for sub Doffy. However, you have to think about two factors. One is that you only needs 5 points of it per team, because the 2,5% growth per level is horrible. Second, and most important, is that this is only a CHANCE based addition. It can happen that you don't get ANY benefit from matching orbs socket during the entire battle, even if it's unlikely. Also worth noting that matching orbs is not that necessary on Doffy compared to SW Ace teams, because Doffy himself acts as a double orb controller, and can make matching orbs himself.
>Auto-heal
Useless if you run Doffy as a WB sub. However In almost all other teams, especially slashers, this socket can help you out. The current global content doesn't really require it, but the second colosseum (and harder bosses like Boa) roll out, auto-heal will save your ass in a lot of occasion. Bonus point is that since it requires 24 points to max out, the more sockets you get with it the better.


Hence why I got CDR and Auto-heal on my second Doffy

Japan has a higher pull rate than us. I believe the law states the lowest you can have in your gacha is around 5% or 6%. I've never seen a game in Japan with a lower rate than those. Some games cheat the law by filling the gacha with shit like fate/go. As for Tandems if RR units had them it would break comp gacha law. In game items can't have bonuses that require other items if they come from the gacha. This is because of Im@s Cinderella girls where people were spending mad money to complete sets to get bonuses.

>use any team for Garp, because he appears randomly and is easy, farm
>use double Garp to beat aokiji if you are using decent enough units
>use doffy to farm the hell outta Ivankov so you can socket intvankov
>use double HP Nami for Heracles'un, farm if easy enough. Can also use vergo+noland because fuck you I can burst anything with that

Couldn't max out Heracles'n due to buing busy IRL that day, but then again, I don't have a single legendary.
