It's worth reading if you enjoy moege. It's not if you don't. It's pretty mediocre, but not standout bad and some of the production values are excellent. The soundtrack, voice acting, variation in cgs, the art are all pretty solid. The story is just pretty token at best, but it's not something that'll make you want to gouge your eyes out like Shuffle! or Harukoi.

Eurofag here, I already know a couple languages past English, the bigger problem is finding time to learn and maintain a language I don't use conversationally. I learned what I know out of necessity and using them face to face with people daily reinforces what I already know and helps to learn more. There's different types of time. Learning a language takes a relatively high amount of focus, and you can't do anything in very short blocks of time. I can tab into 4chan while I wait for Bob at accounting to shoot back the spreadsheet I need, or while Steve in the cubicle across the aisle talks about his daughter's soccer game last week, but to learn a language independently I'd need a solid block of half an hour without any distractions to progess meaningfully. That type of time I have very little of and learning to read chinese powerpoints is lower in priority than the things currently occupying it.
