Under the sun his stats are x3, so add ++ to everything basically. Its that simple, under the sun he's the toughest servant physically, but this has some obvious balance aspects with this ability. Not unbeatable, but super sturdy. Bedivere can apparently help negate their gifts somehow.

Grail gifts did turn out to be grail gifts, originally some people were saying it absolutely wasn't a buff at all and the icon meant nothing, and they weren't stronger. Within the story it turns out they are grail boosted, but it was the original Jesus grail, not one of the fake grails it seems. Which does work differently. Arthuria apparently found the Jesus grail and splashed it on her knights, which powered them up a lot.

Since she's a divine spirit now, maybe she talked to him in the throne of gods and asked to borrow it.

Mobile games are the new generation of games, its the most played game platform at this point. Its also how most people view the internet at this point. Its not really going away, no one needs to buy a specialized console for this. Console games within the first generation also needed work with a few exceptions. Everything sucks in the first generations, but you give it a generation or two, and game companies actually start taking it seriously, invest in it, and make it a real thing. That's the glory of competition, the market will meet the demand.

The niche of mobile games is that the company can keep adding to the game, its a game that doesn't end, its meant to be a work in progress the entire time. Platform games have to be a complete package. DLC is something else, but it has to be complete. With mobile games, if something is unpopular about the game then they can weed that part of it out, and improve it based on constant feedback.

Its not perfect, but it is a different type of niche compared to platform games. I think there's some potential to this that will gradually be sorted out. I don't think FGO could work as a console game, unless they package up the current game after it finishes running and put it on console. The way servants keep coming out constantly is pretty unique to mobile platform.

I think people are moving more towards an on the go approach with things. Also in regards to the weak hardware; I talked about the market meeting the demand. If this is ever recognized much as an actual gaming platform in a sense, then I do think it'll be invested into further in that sense. Just like there are gaming PC's, they will start to opt more for "gaming mobile devices". They'll make versions with more ram and screen quality that are advertised more for gaming. Whether this actually makes a niche for itself as a gaming "platform" or whether it tetters out in a few years when a new type of networking device comes out, it depends on the marketing for now.

I dunno, it reminds me of what my old web design teacher always talked about with platforms changing and everything is becoming digital. Proper platforms will probably always have their place, but mobile seems to be taking a large stake on the field. The way the recent Pokemon app almost worked shows how much potential this has.

For me, it's separating XP and fou feeding.
It's really annoying to browse through dozen of 3* servants to find to ones that need levelling, and you don't get fou often enough to max fou them all in order to make them greyed out.
