I'm trying to create a multi-language mod pack for Fallout 3 and New Vegas but I can't find which files belong to which languages. When I extract the .esm files I don't see any references to language.

I clearly remember I could switch languages by simply modifying the sLanguage= variable in the INI files, so the multiple language files must be compressed within the .esm/esp files.

What do? Shit's driving me mad.

Unless you plan on putting day old newborns to work, you won't get a decent return on slave reproduction for about ten or twelve years.

NCR isn't that much different from the US. It has a congress, constitution, corruption, people willing to die to defend its principles and protect one another, etc. Greece and Rome didn't have power armor, cars, vertibirds, and robots. Tunnellers went fine, the Security bots mopped them and I was using Q-35 so I mostly just used the PN charge shot on it and took out groups of them pretty well.

Right now I'm on the last part of the quest, had to go get stimpacks though because a Legion Assassin group attacked right as some powder gangers attacked, crossfire was particularly bad for some reason.

Yeah no. There are actually several cultures that did really fucking well without them. The Persian empire of the days of ancient Greece and the later Sassanian empire were Zoroastrians - a religion that forbid slavery. Further, Anglo-Saxon books record that most Saxons did not keep slaves, especially for working the land and manual labour, as the ability for a man to farm his own land was considered a mark of pride. You might argue serfdom is the same, but there are key distinctions.

That's not to say the NCR is in any way capable of making an ideal culture mind you. Their disparate methods of democracy are going to fall apart, just like the Roman Empire, once they move beyond the point where it's easily sustainable, to be likely replaced by a military hegemony.

As for the charge shot, different weapons have it, usually uniques. The AES18 added by PN for example does a volley of Tri beam laser rifle shots, the Q-35 launches a charged plasma ball that explodes and costs allot of ammo (It's also slow moving keep that in mind) and the AER14 fires a Concentrated beam for a short time like some sort of sustained beam rifle or some DBZ shit.

Just hold down the LMB and they'll start charging, you can tell a weapon has the function by the extra four marks that line up an make a circle on the crosshair.

Also apparently I'm not on the last part of the quest it seems, I thought I was nearing it, nah I'm tracking him south of Primm in the dry lake bed right now.

I got to the vault, collected all the gold bars and pre-war money, basically everything in the vault that wasn't nailed down, destroyed the generator that powered the turret (collected the bars first so the explosion wouldn't make them fly around the room) then I talked to Elijah, passed the barter check, got out of the vault, closed the door, activated a stealth boy, made my way around to the back entrance of the little container that had the exit in it and made sure I was through before Elijah activated the energy barriers then went through the exit and was scot free. Would anyone object to me re-writing the modding guide in the pastebin?
A lot of information in it is outdated and I have no idea how edit a pastebin made by someone other than myself.

I'm not saying I'll re-write absolutely everything, just comb through it, adding in good information and updating links where possible.
It's clearly been abandoned and I'd like to change that.
