Does it matter where I play? Most of my characters are on Stormrage due to having to move there to play with friends but they are all gone now so I'd like to go elsewhere and avoid the potential queue

My m8 just bought Legion and used the boost on a Hunter, he's never played the game before but wants to play through this expac with me and try to get into it.
