No. But in Paradox, her plotline seems to be partially about her trying to find what happened to her and the world, while the other half of it is changing her worldly views and probably eventually agreeing with Luka about coexistence.

I mean, she starts off as a powerless version of endgame Ilias, complete with that deceptive, bitchlike, wrathful personality. She tries to lightning of judgement Luka on their first meeting, for instance.

It's going to be an interesting trilogy. I'm personally looking forward to when we have the Paradox cast side-by-side with the original's. It'll come into play eventually, since it's pretty obvious that it's Luka/Alice's children who are at least partially responsible for the world being so messed up in some manner, probably with benevolent intentions who didn't realize the consequences of, say, bringing back Marcellus/Karen/etc..

That said, Science to the rescue!

The monsters with scientific prowess would just profane Promestein's research and turn the last few remaining human women into creatures like the Drain Plant, and genetically engineer them to breed huge crops of shotas. The genes of these shotas would be altered to increase complacency and diminish their intellect, so they could be mass produced as literal livestock.

Thanks to the mass-production, even the vore monsters are happy since they get a cheap source of free shotas to eat. But for humans, life as literal cattle is simply hell.

Au contraire my dear kouhai ass nigga! MGQ has its roots within the realm of PARODY and SATIRE, and much like every good parody, it has to dip its head into the source material in order to make fun of it!

Take the introduction of Nero, for example. Nero is a traditional edgelord with absurdly OP abilities who shows up in the first 10 minutes of gameplay... but he's silly and no one takes him seriously because he's so out-of-place while pretending he's normal.

It's easier and better if you think about the convoluted story as being entirely tongue-in-cheek, it NEEDS to be convoluted in order to make fun of all the "biggerer and betterer" sequels in JRPGs that NEED to be more grandiose than their predecessor, bigger stakes, bigger baddies, making the old powerful characters you know go back to level 1...

I could go on, but it's fun to analyze a series like MGQ precisely because, despite playing its JRPGness "for fun", it still has its fair share of ingenious and dare I say cool moments. MGQ Part 2, for instance, is still a game where the protagonist (a young boy) goes around trying not to GET RAPED by every woman and her mom... but no one can deny the hype during the latter half of Plansect, or for that matter, everything in the Monster Lord's Castle.

Most likely because TT was a shit writer, and this is me giving him the benefit of doubt since Paradox isn't translated and it's not even fully out yet. I'm guessing he wanted her to be the villain yet could not figure out a way to have her views make sense, or didn't want them to make sense in fear of turning her into the good guy, since he'd still need to have her be 'evil' to the end and then go through some bullshit repentance part, such as when she saved Luka from the erosion, even though she should've been deader than dead. Coincidentially, if she had been deader than dead at that point after her death, Luka would've died by the erosion, and we all know TT would not kill off Luka both because he's probably a degree of a self-insert It's a porn game protagonist, that goes without saying, and because it'd lock out the post-final boss h-scenes due to the whole being dead thing.

You can find similar plot holes everywhere if you keep a keen eye, such as Plansect with Alice scolding Luka for solving things with violence or without thinking, even though it not only worked but Alice also did NOTHING about it when she could, and Alice allowed Luka to actively go out and solve everything with violence since the Angel Halo would not kill anyone.

Another one is Part 3 with Mermaid Queen invading Port Natalia, even though it's pretty much the only named place that accepts mermaids, and was stated ingame that some mermaids fought back against the Mermaid Queen. Hell, her reasoning is that she was upset over her husband dying even though the entire port unanimously repented by accepting mermaids soon after, something she apparently missed.

TL;DR Torotoro wanted things to happen but didn't know how to have them happen 'logically', so whatever he made happen is either forced, illogical, or barebones.

The Mermaid Queen is LITERALLY insane with grief, and rightfully called out for being insane, she doesn't even accept humans even after her daughteru saves a shota from dying (~it's symbolic~)
