Honestly, spoofing with an android is the safest way at the moment, since you can manipulate what information pogo is allowed to take. I am not sure if you are able to do that with emulators. The community is assuming that bans are triggered by your xp/hr, action delay and you movement. Right now, is an eyes closed and shut the bird situation, but if that is correct then you should be safe as long as they don't know you are mocking your location. I know this is tongue in cheek, but essentially, if there's no discernible difference between the bot and human players, there's no reason for niantic to even get suspicious there's a bot in the first place. Also, the bots aren't advanced enough to not be detectable. You could essentially put them on a scheduled task to run at the same time every day, only do walking speed/humanlike movement/gpx pathing, only run for 4 hours, then close, but that severely limits the usefulness of botting. Hell, you could have different days of the week scheduled (or use a rng to pick one) that uses a different gpx path depending on the number generated/day of the week, using a batch script that selects from a premade pool.

desu, its kind of their fault, i was a walkerfag for 3-4 weeks in my rural town, had like 75 caught and had spent quite a bit on pokeballs and shit, when they fucked with the capture rates, I got sick of catching birds and rats all the day. so I made a new account to start botting on.

6 hours of botting and I had overtaken my walker account and gotten more pokemon.

This 'game' is broken for rural players, it's an entirely different experience for cityfags.

On the first week of the game, I was playing and talked to some guy like 2 days in a row because we were farming the same area. The problem, of course, is that there are tons of cheating liars out there. One of my "friends" restarted his account so he could be Instinct instead of Mystic. I was around level 15 when he did this.

Within the week he was level 20 something, and way higher than me. When someone said that he had a cheat-pack the guy started crying and went home. Like, he was legit angry and yelling that he worked really hard and nobody believed him. The guy had tears in his eyes and spit coming out of his mouth about it.
