Touko and Aoko are confirmed to be weaker than Medea at magecraft, because hers is from the Age of Gods. Zelretch I don't believe has been commented on. The thing that isn't really stated is how that relates to their use of True Magic, which Medea can't directly compete with, or perform. The Second Magic is effectively infinite magical energy. Medea has a shitload, but she can't compare to infinite magic.

Zelretch is pretty weak now in comparison, though. Kind of like how Zouken is a shit in F/SN, but was a very powerful mage when he showed up in Fate/GO. He lost most of his ability facing off against Crimson Moon.

I think the best way to use the charm she has is definitely to throw it up the turn before the opponent uses their NP. It comes with no downside in that one specific scenario.

The only difference is that Jack's assassin passive gives her 10% extra star gen, while Scat's is at 2%.

Basically she's good and can be used as a weaker Jack, but with an AoE NP.

Jack is better vs Bosses because of her dodge, single target np and buff remover, while Scat is better for basic battles because of her AoE.
