Home releases for fighting games in Japan have never been a big thing so I doubt its some conspiracy from Sony to stop them. The biggest hurdle for an arcade version now would be publication. They could partner with Sony or Taito to get it too arcades, but that is something I could actually see Sony having a problem with. I also doubt Sony themselves would want to fund an arcade release, and Capcom doesn't seem to be able to handle it themselves financially.

That's true as well. It's really bad for Blazblue too since they have no idea what they're doing when it comes to balance and the characters they're adding aren't straight forward at all. I mean I never had to be told what a single character's gimmick is in Guilty Gear. I was always able to figure it out from watching. If you see em jumping AA them if possible and if you know their generic bullshit tactic simply block the DP and make them eat a good CC Combo but in general its all about staying calm and letting them kill themselves or slowly and safely attacking them until victory

Judge the graphics on more than off screen low quality camera pictures, the textures in XIV are fucking ridiculous and the stages are like the highest quality stages of any game this generation.
