Mordred has bad NP gain. She's fun but outclassed by Welfare Kintoki. Santa Alter too, probably.

The NP charge on Tamamo's charm can be made a non-issue as long as you only use it when the enemy gauge is full, or just have a shitton of delay tactics like other stuns and NP drains.

The stun on her invuln can be handled by any of the many Servants that can remove or prevent debuffs.

Assuming her charm doesn't only hit males like Medb's, I think she might be slightly less situational than her, because no amount of teambuilding can make up for Medb's weaknesses.

Mordred's a 7. Her skills are decent enough but she just has shit NP gain. She would've been better off as a BAAAQ rider with her NP.
Tamamo is complete and utter trash, stupidly enough. Using her is like shooting yourself in the foot because she doesn't do enough damage to justify using for DPS, and her skills do nothing for your team and actively sabotage Tamamo herself.
